Is there a way to add multiple direct managers to a user group?

There's a couple of things you might like to do.

First, you can add hierarchy by adding sub groups to your user groups. You could have a functional sub group within a larger team, and have it with it's own functional manager reporting to the overall manager. There's no limit on how many groups a user can belong to.

Alternatively, you can create a custom field and call it managers or similar, that would have multiple users.
