Time Sheets waiting for Approval

A couple of people with in my organization received an email with the below information.  We don't approve time sheets for others within our organization.  The link that was sent just creates an error message.  Has anyone else had this issue?

Can you check setting 10.7?  If you do not have an approval process I would recommend making sure this is set to Auto-submit and approve.  That will get rid of the emails and make time tracking reporting much simpler (users will no longer have to click submit).
