I have created a few tasks in the "to-do" list, and I have changed their settings such that they are able to be reported on for time tracking.
I assigned resources on my team to these tasks, but when I add time entries it seems they all report under my team sheet? Am I unable to add time entries for someone else?

Yes, you can as long as you have managerial rights over that resource. However, you need to change user from the timetracking menu or use a team view and select another user in order to report on someone else's behalf.
