Possibility to sync customer contacts to Outlook

Some of our sales guys would like to sync contacts for their Customers with Outlook so they only have to maintain them in one place.

Is this not possible?

(Tech note: CardDAV, I guess)

HI Peter,

We do not currently have the capability of syncing contacts for customers with outlook.

Using the data loader you my upload contacts from an excel file.

Yes, this I know but it would be helpful if contacts could be synced so that you would only need to maintain them in one place.
