Viewing Projects for Direct Reports

I have setup our clarizen environment, complete with our organizational structure such that my manager is defined, as are the rest of his direct reports.

I would expect that when he logs into clarizen, he would see all of my projects, along with the rest of his direct report's projects, however this is not the case.

Is there a setting we need to set to enable this?
