Those you would have to do from the ribbon in the case management / request management page. There is an option for global notifications, you would simply turn those off.

I have built custom email notifications to users for Requests. I need to turn off all the other Clarizen auto notices regarding Request assignment and when the State of a Request is changed. How do I turn these off?
