Are there unbillable sub items? There are many places where you can set costs and rates (global, job title, user, or project). I would check all of them to make sure the costs and rates are the same.

Budget Entry V6
Hello,
I am having issues in entering budgets into V6. When I select the price & Rates button within a project for a specific task I can assign the resource a title I have created which has a cost rate and billing rate assigned to it. For now these values are the same, once I change the title and save it the value will change under the column expected revenue however the budget amount cost is only half the value of the expected revenue. I don't understand as both the billing & cost rate are exactly the same value. Why would this be calculating at half the value??
