No, you cannot copy from a mpp plan to Clarizen as they are completely different data types. What you can do is import the MSP project into Clarizen, you just need to save it as an XML file.

Copying from outside of Clarizen
I need to copy a group of tasks from an mpp plan into an existing Clarizen plan, but when I try to paste, it simply pastes in something I had deleted yesterday. Can i not copy into Clarizen from other resources?
