Hi Kellie,
To turn off email notifications, you may, as an admin, go to your system settings.
In section 2 - Alerts, you'll find the option to deactivate email notifications in setting 2.8

Turn off Task notification
Hello,
We are still only using partial functions within Clarizen. My resources are getting notifications from Clarizen to create task and I need to turn off these notifications, how can these be turned off??
