I've noticed that despite have the setting I only have the option to either "Allow reporting actualy and remaining effort via email progress reports" OR "Allow reporting percent competion via email progress reports".
My preference would be that the user only has the ability to be 100% complete, or not complete at all via the email progress reports (in addition to the outlook add in). Is this possible?

Hi Marcia. This is not possible at the moment, but from within the app you have the ability to format the % completion column so that it is a toggle and users select between being done or not done without have to enter a percentage.
I should also mention that it is possible to write a rule that will take a user entering anything other than 0 into % completion and turn that into 100% (including emails), making the task done. It is a bit of a work around and may be confusing to users, but is a possibility.
