Timesheets - Remaining hours update?

Hello,

In the Timesheets screen, can Remaining Hours for a task a resources is assigned to be made updatable? I would like them to update their Remaining Hours when they enter their time for a reportable item.

It sure can, and in fact should be editable. The best practice is for a time sheet user to report time and then enter in either the % completion or the remaining effort. If you are still on Version 5, you will have to go to System Settings >> Task Completion Reporting Policy, and make sure users can report Actual & Remaining effort. In V6, there is no need to make this change.
