The project is still in draft mode even though there are active items inside of it. All you need to do is select the project and set it to active and the project will show up in your filters.

Project not showing active after partial activation
I am curious about why a project I just partially activated (first three milestone events) is not showing as active in any of the Projects Views? Does activity have to tracked against an event before the project shows active? Let me know.
