Loading MS project with 24 hour resources into Clarizen

What is the best way of loading resources with 24hr clandar in MS Project into Clarizen? Do I need to add simlar 24 hr resources into Clarizen?

Yes, I would add matching resources with matching calendars in Clarizen before importing in the MSP file.
