How can we print workplan with notes

We currently export the workplan into excel and print it.  This shows up the number of notes for an item but does not give the actual notes.  We would like to be able to print the workplan with the latest note.  Is there a report which does this?  It would be extremely useful for our project meetings.

Hi Helen,

currently there is no way to export all notes into excel.

what you can do is create a custom field on work item, named "latest note". this field can be part of the export. keep in mind that this field (as a free text field) is limited to 2000 characters (unlike a note).
