Outlook Out of Office replies

We have custom emails that will generate and send to the user that is the Assigned To of a Request record. The user who created the request and is in charge of making sure the Assigned to responds to the email is also copied on this custom email. But how can we know if this Assigned to user has an Out of Office notification set up in Outlook. We don't get those because the Sender of the email is Clarizen, not the owner of the Request.

I don't believe there is a way to track that with the custom emails.

Related (I think), if I have a case that created via the e-mail to case functionality (which also attaches the mail to the case), the "from" in Clarizen will be "System", so you cannot reply to the mail. Can you do something about this?

Yes, we have the ability to track replies (you will the this checkbox in Interact rules).  Usually this is done with a secondary interact rule that will take replies and send them to the appropriate work item.

No, I was not clear enough.

I am in Clarizen and I want to reply on the e-mail object that was created as an attachment to a case so that I can send a reply to the person reporting the case.

In Clarizen the e-mail object will have From: SYSTEM on the attached e-mail object.

Ah, I see.  I can't think of an immediate solution for this.
