The Excel add-in license applies to all users in your organization, so there is nothing you should need to do besides have that user download the Excel add-in and log in.

How to move the excel license to a different user
Good afternoon,
I have a license for the excel add-on and I need to move it to another person currently in the organization. My role has changed and I am no longer going to be utilizing the add-on where-as my colleague will be.
Current license user - james.glau@p3xbrl.com
New user to transfer to - latisha.taylor@p3xbrl.com
Please let me know what is needed to complete this request.
