Attach a document from a Case to an email using a custom action
I have a custom action that I have created that emails the details of a case to the assigned user. The cases are created from the Interact support mailbox and any attachments are saved by the system. I would like to attach these documents to the email when I send it to the assigned user. Is there a way to do this?
