I was just on the upcoming release functions and was informed there are 2 functions already in the syste. The first one is the ability to completly customize and use your company branding giving the ability to change colours, fonts etc. I looked into my settings but the field shown in the webinar doesn't show in my settings. The other function is the ability to create pop up notifications. Maybe these are only functions available in the licenses which are not professional, since there is limited customizations allowed.

For customizing the branding, I would talk to your CSM since this is an advanced function that can be complex to implement. As for the pop up notifications, this is an optional action (scroll through the full list) for workflow rules, validation rules, and custom actions in V6.
