Our company is currently looking for a lightweight project management tool, only to be deployed in a few departments with 1-10 employees. I need to know if multiple users can look and edit different parts of the project at the same time, and if the changes will update on all users' screens in real time. This is essential for our choice

Multiple users can look and edit different parts of the project simultaneously, but the changes will not update real time for other users. There is some delay before it will appear on the screens, but a simple screen refresh will reflect the most current data.
