How can I set up automatic timesheet reminders to go out on a certain day of each week to all resources?
I would also like to set up an additional automatic timesheet reminder to go out once a month which I can add a standard message to?

Hi Sam,
The best way to do that is using a scheduled work flow rule.
There's a couple of ways to do both, but the basic way is just send a plain reminder with link to Clarizen TT module.

Could you provide screenshots of your process? You would need to go to "Settings > Configure" then click on module you want on the left and then click "Create New Scheduled Workflow Rule".

I found out from other Clarizen Support that if I set up 'Approval reminders' the system automatically send Timesheet approval reminder emails to Direct managers once every week. So i didn't need to set up a Scheduled Workflow rule.

I do not want to send out timesheet approval reminders to all direct managers. I just want to be able to send them to managers who request them. I set up a scheduled workflow rule to do so; however, it will send an email every time a task is submitted for the resources I specify (some of our resources have a lot of tasks) so it can be up to 10 emails a day. Is there a way that I can make the scheduled workflow rule only send a timesheet approval reminder when the timesheet reaches a total of 40 hours and not on EVERY time submission on EVERY task?
Instead of creating a custom workflow rule, it might be more effective to utilize our Time Reporting Compliance app. This lets you set thresholds for each employee and managers to easily monitor submitted/approved time.

I tried looking into the Timesheet Reporting Compliance App as you suggested. Is this app still available? We were unable to download it and every time I attempt to click on the app in the marketplace, I keep getting re-routed to the homepage.
