How do I turn off emails for each task assigned

Hello!

I thought I had turned off sending emails for each task assigned, but it looks like I haven't. Could you please let me know how to turn off sending emails every time someone is assigned to a task?

This would be a customization. If you go to Settings >> Configure, you can turn off the workflow rule that is sending these out.
