How can I limit who can see the discussions for a project? I tried setting it to only be sent to Project managers, as well as only tagging certain team members in the post, but everyone can still see the entire thread. Is there a way to create a private discussion in the projects? Sometimes I just want to send notifications to certain team members, but not everyone needs to see the content.

Hi Lindsay,
I would advise you to to do one of the following:
Change the system permission mode from basic to enhanced. This will prevent other users which doesn't have a role in a project to view the access and view the project.
You can create a private discussion group and add the related project.

This is System Setting 7.21 ( https://app2.clarizen.com/Clarizen/Settings/PermissionLevel.aspx). The specific name of the setting is "Permission Level."
