Forced Progress Update Requests are getting rejected by our company server b/c they appear to be "spoof" e-mails. Our IT folks have mentioned that this is b/c of the "on behalf of" part of the sender e-mail line. Our IT asked if the "on behalf of" part could be removed so that these e-mails are only coming from System@clarizen.com which has not had any problems getting through our system. Is this something that is configurable by you? The text in the e-mail message contains the sender's name, so if the "on behalf of" part was removed, then the person receiving the e-mail would still be able to know who was sending it...unless by removing the "on behalf of", the sender in the text of the e-mail was also removed.
