You would have to create a custom field. I would recommend hopping on one of our Q&A sessions for more information (http://webinars.clarizen.com)

FollowHow do I edit field labels?
How do I edit field labels? For example, in the Customer section I'd like to be able to customize the information we keep track of for our clients. I can see how to change the layout of the fields but I can't figure out how to edit the names of the fields or add new ones.

Related question: Is it possible to change the default for the Expense "Billable" field toggle to "off?" Very few of our expenses will be billable, so this is not an ideal situation.
Hi Matthew,
Since this is a standard field, you cannot set it to off by default via custom field. However, you can do this with a simple workflow rule that will turn this toggle off whenever it is created.
Thanks. Sounds like I'll need to ask our account rep for help with that.
Apologize, was this enhancement ever made available, i.e, the ability to change (alias) a label's name. For example, in regards to issues and risks management, the field "resolved in" references the "project" the issue/risk is for. I would like to simply change it to something simple like "related project" or something like that Thank you.
Not yet, you would have to use a custom field for now.
