There is no automatic reminder, but this is something that can be easily added with one of our apps (a packaged set of configurations). In addition, we also have two reports in the Time Tracking category that make it very easy to identify how many hours each user reported in the week: "Total weekly reported hours by selected users" and "Total weekly reported hours by user."

FollowTime sheet reminders
I am evaluating Clarizen at the moment and I need some information regarding the Time sheet.
Suppose if a user is supposed to work for 40 hours a week and for some reason he cannot fill 40 hours of time in the time sheet, do you send automatic reminders to the users suggesting that he should fill time? If yes then when do you send such remindes, i.e what is the frequency of sending reminders? Also is the reminder sending customizable ? Looking forward to your answer.

Hi, Thanks for the answer. However if you look at https://app2.clarizen.com/Clarizen/Pages/Admin/SystemSettings.aspx?pid=2 you will find that, under Time Tracking from 10.15 to 10.21 there are a few settings. Has this been removed? or Am I missing something?
These reminders effectively go out regardless of how much time has been reported (even if the user already has 40+ hours). Technically if there is any reportable item that was left blank on a timesheet, these reminders are triggered. Based on what you described, that app would be a better way to go.
We now have an app called "Time Reporting Compliance" that allows you to create smart notifications around Time Tracking and set thresholds for users (ex: only send notifications if a user reports less than 40 hours a week): http://www.clarizen.com/appsmarketplace/item/time%20reporting%20compliance.html
