Not sure if this has been discussed but would appreciate a confirmation. I have a project structure where there is portfolio, program, project. Under each portfolio, there are multiple programs, and under one program there are multiple projects. Resources/managers for each project and program would be different.
My question is will the user/resource/manager under the one project has any access to other projects/programs that he/she has no role in?

If you are on enhanced permissions, then a user assigned to a project would not have access to other projects/programs where they have no role. If you wanted to give this type of user permissions to entire programs or portfolios, you can simply assign them as a resource at the portfolio level.
