Licensed user suspended - Widgets affected
Hello,
A Project Manager has left our company. The userid was suspended, and now the widgets he created are no longer accessible. Is there a way around this or do we need to recreate all these widgets? Is there a way to create widgets without them being tied to a userid?

As a temporary measure you could reactivate the PM, change the email address to your own, reset the password (essentially taking over this account), and the widgets will continue to function. The downside is that this burns up a license, but you can do this until you are able to recreate the widgets.
