I'am in charge of the IT department, and I'm in charge of providing support for every user. A user of Clarizen ask me that she created a sub task, but now wants to convert it into a task, is that possible?

Oscar,
You should be able to break the Task/Sub Task association by doing an 'Outdent' of the Sub-Task. To do this, highlight the subtask from your Work Plan and click on the 'Outdent' button located on the Toolbar at the top of the Work Plan.
