You can turn on word wrap for the name, making it stretch across two or three rows if needed. You can do this by managing the view and then adjusting the display options.

Can the size of the "Add Work Item" popup box be increased
WBS title is not obvious without expansion, even adjusting column widths does not always identify the unique WBS item.
It would be nice if the popup box size was adjustable.
