Why doesn't the Trial version of Clarizen look like the tutorial videos?

I am evaluating Clarizen as a possible Project Management software and as I am trying to learn the system I am reviewing the video tutorials and they don't look anything like what I am working with. How can I effectively evaluate the system with out full access?

We still have a few tutorials that are listed with the old interface (Version 5.4). Please go down to the V6 section of Video Tutorials for the new Videos showing the correct images.
