This is possible to do with some customization. I would recommend either using some PS hours with your CSM or hopping on one of the advanced Q&A forums (http://webinars.clarizen.com).

If I assign a Department to a Project, is there a way to assign Milestones/Tasks within the Project to the same Department by default?
I would like to auto-populate the Tasks/Milestones/Sub-Projects within a Project with the same Department as the main Project. Thank you!
