They can receive post emails and respond to them, but the challenge is in having them initiate a conversation.

E-mail only users, discussions
Can a person assigned as an e-mail only user receive discussion post notification e-mails that show the post and post history and respond to the them where the input filters back into the discussion? Or do they need to have a social license?
