Milestone deleted

I continually get an email that I need to "update my progress". However, when I log on, it says "the  milestone cannot be displayed it has either been deleted or I don't have persmission" What's the scoop?

Also, how can I stop receiving the email to update my progress?

Thank you for reaching out via Clarizen Forum. is it possible that an item was deleted while still active and resources attached? Will you please check your Recycle Bin to see if you can find and restore the Milestone, then you can complete the milestone and delete it or remove the yourself from the resource list.
