Great question! We have a Super User role for a Clarizen "guru" :)

Super User is a user with unlimited rights in all projects in the organization he/she belongs.

Super User can perform all project related activities regardless if he/she has a role in the project.

To enable SuperUser rights >> go to People module >> property card for the user (more info) >> toggle on Super User >> see screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/rTps6yVDnJ
