Closing Account or Stopping Trial Emails

Hi. Unfortunately, one of our members opened a Clarizen account separate from the one we are using for our organization. She gets "Your...trial period will expire on 06/27/14" emails. Is there any way to close that other account or stop those emails? I've done a search on your knowledgebase with no luck. Thanks!

Hi D.H.,

If you want to terminate related emails, please log back into that other account, delete projects and toggle off the “Allow Emails” for each of the users. Open People Module in a Detailed view and navigate to Allow Emails column. See screenshot:

Furthermore, if you don’t do the above, all emails and the account will terminate automatically once your trial period ends, about 30 days after it was created.
