Spell check in IE 8 and IE 10

the spell check in text fields does not work for some users. Both users are using IE 8 or IE 10. Is there a setting that needs to be turned on?

The spell check is entirely based on the browser and has nothing to do with Clarizen. I would recommend using the latest version of any browser in order to get this feature (IE11 and Chrome have great spell check functions).
