Email Only Users

We have made some other members of our organization email only users. However, none of them are receiving any emails from Clarizen, even when assigned tasks. How can we correct this?

Hi Lauren,

This could be a variety of factors. One could be the % complete threshold in the system settings (9.6). Another could be the frequency that is being sent out. We would need to look in the system settings to determine what is going on. You can open a support case with us so we can investigate the issue further.
