Mark As (State) & Sub Projects

The Mark As function to change the state currently works for all children objects (milestones or tasks) of that project but do not affect sub projects.  Is there a setting that can be changed to allow this or do we need to create a custom action in order to change the state of the sub projects to match the main project?

Hi Tori,

Correct, that is out of the box behavior. You'll need to build a workflow rule that automatically updates sub-project 'state'.
