Assigning Super User Role - TeamMembers

Hi Guys,

I have another question open here where Boris is kindly helping me:

Now Boris states the following:

 

Typically, Issues and Requests can only be modified by the Assignee/Owner and the Team Members are only provided Read Only access (unless user has Superuser permission). 

 

Now when i try to tick the Super User global permission for a user who is a Team Member, the UI wont allow me - the Super User toggle has the padlock next to it.

Gareth, 

You have to have the Admin permission to be able to modify permissions. A non-Admin user, cannot modify these.

My mistake, per my comment on your other post, the user has to be a Full user to receive the Superuser permission because this provides access to all objects in the system and Team Member does not allow for this, thus the conflict and padlock.
