Settings > Configure > Custom Fields Query

As per the screenshots attached, please can you confirm how I can edit a custom field and add a new entry.

I am trying to create a new entry within the 'Engineer' drop down within 'Custom Fields'.

My direct # is +64 4 463 8735

Darren,

You should be able to do it from the Custom Field (i.e. your screen capture shows where). You add the Engineer name in the Value field and click Add. Make sure you are viewing the field properties in EDIT mode. See attached
