Send info related to a task to non-Clarizen people

 I need to send info related to a task to non-Clarizen people. Where is the best place to add that info please (Notes, Add file,...???) and how do I send it out? I tried emailing but it only sends out the link to the task which is not helpful because that person is not a Clarizen user...

Hi Cristiana,

You can share the view of the task at hand. What you would need to do is click on the view then click "Share." A properties window will pop up and you have the ability to share what type of info you want. Please refer to my screenshots attached.
