How does Clarizen determine when a project's planned work is pulled into the resource load report/view (in the People module)? I always thought it was just active projects, but I am now seeing draft projects are also pulled into this calculation.

Hi Virginia,
That is correct. Resource Load pulls in Draft work items as well. This is to help the project manager to allocate the appropriate work and determine it via resource load before making a project/task active.

I thought there used to be a setting to select whether draft was included.
I can't find it now, has this changed in the last year?

Steve - You can use the filter option in the upper right corner of the resource load page (green funnel icon) to deselect Draft projects (and add/remove other filters)
