This cannot be done from within the product. We will need to it from the back end. I will update your Account Manager and ask them to take care of this. Could you tell me the user and license type that you are wanting to discontinue?

We have several licenses however there is one about to expire. The auto renew block is ticked and in grey - does not allow us to untick the box. We do not want to renew that license - how do we go about?

Hi,
I will speak to my manager and let you know which licenses that would be. He will only be in the office tomorrow morning though.
In the mean time - I'm having difficulty understanding the license types and user rights. I watched all the tutorials but still need some guidance. Would you be able to assist me?
