can I print one gantt chart or road map with all the projects
I want to be able to have all the milestones for all projects on one gantt chart or road map so I can put it on the wall is that possible

Yes, you should be able to do this BUT NOTE, if you have a large environment with a lot of Projects and Portfolios and work items within them. This may have issues rendering (due to timeouts). Unless you are reaching some of these timeout limits, you should be able to run it fine. To do so, go to the Projects Module, highlight all reports as desired and click on the Utilities Menu link and then choose Gantt View or Roadmap View.

Tom/Boris - I have "one project a portfolio and add all the other projects as a sub item of the portfolio" but are you able to exclude draft/inactive projects?

The print is based on the view. If you filter it by State to only show Active, then the work items in the other states should not show.
