Email from Clarizen excluding "Work item link"
How can we send a mail from Clarizen to a customer and exclude the "Work item link" at the bottom of the email?
We want to keep the TrackIT information, but an external user should not see the following:
"Click the link to view the work item:"

Hi Tom,
We are using Google Apps Script and InterAct to generate a follow up task to any new business inquiries received to our business gmail.
What we would like to to is, once the original inquiry is in Clarizen as a task, we would reply within Clarizen to keep this and future email exchange attached to this task.
We would like to reply to our customer from within Clarizen to keep the email threads.
Normally we reply within Gmail, but if we have to bring someone else to the loop (like a sales rep), he won't have access to the entire discussion thread.
We are open to use any other workflow.

Hi Vincent,
Since this is a system generated report and is not editable and if you want to add someone else in the loop, you would need to manually delete the link before forwarding it to another person.
