On a To-Do-List Task, when someone adds a discussion comment, do "Reviewers" receive an email notification with the discussion in the body of the email?

We are wondering about who gets notified when a "discussion comment" is created inside a to-do-list task?

Same for a project>work item task?

Hello,

Reviewers will get the email notification when there is a discussion comment. The people who gets notified are the resources that gets assigned to task and the reviewers.
