JIRA integration issues

I have installed the JIRA application plug-in successfully. And have the xml prepaired to go. While going through the form and after submitting all relavanet details I get the following message:

Unsuccessful operation

Please complete all required fields in your submission form"

Please let me know what the issue is?

Hi Anuradha,

To make the integration work, there are Custom Fields that needs to be created in JIRA.
