to to set actions on custom actions

Hi - I know I am making a basic mistake here.

How do I complete the stage of triggering a new action by choosing a New object.

Hi Kimberly. All you need to do is create the Custom Action at the Organization level. That will make it appear in the navigation panel under Customer Actions.

I am a little confused on what you are requesting here. Could you tell me what you are trying to accomplish with your custom action. Please provide screenshots, if possible.

I ran across this today. I forgot how to add a Custom Action to be visible from the navigation pane submenu item off of the custom action menu option.
