Anywhere Outlook Add-in

When creating a new task via the Anywhere Outlook Add-in, the item is added to the project but the resources do not receive an email from the Clarizen project advising them that they have been assigned a new task. Am I missing a setting in Clarizen?

Allan,

Do you have the required Workflow Rule in place? This does not occur automatically. You need to configure and enable a workflow rule to do this. You can do it manually, which would require some understanding of the Clarizen Data Model and Customization or you can just download the pre-packaged app from the Apps Marketplace...
