How can I add non-working exceptions to Personal Calendars in hours, not whole days.

I  am trying to add a half day holiday to a resource's personal calendar as a non-working exception, but it will only allow me to add a whole day. (The tick box for 'all day event' is greyed out so I can't untick it). Please can you advise how I can do this?

Hi Alex,

Since you want to put only "half day", it is still considered a working day. What you would need to do is click on "Working" for the day and you can add a half day exception.
